When they opened in 2017 it was a really supper restaurant, American Diner Style. Now, I get the impression that most of the staff are totally bored or just don't care about the service. The do not all wear the uniform (pettycoats etc.). The hamburgers are no longer as delicious as they were in the beginning and the service has gotten worse over the years.
Last time we were a party of 4 people. It was pretty empty. When the orders came, 3 were finished, one took much longer. Nobody came back afterwards to ask if we wanted to have another drink. Then we wanted to order dessert and still nobody came. Then when we approached one of the waiters, we were told that someone would come. Then one of the desserts was wrong. okay. Then we were still not asked if there was anything else we wanted. We decided to leave and waited to pay. Since NOBODY came to the table we left the table and went to the cashier. There was already a line there. When we then got to the cahier, we were told..... No, you have to pay at the table with your waiter. We went back. Still nobody came. One of the waitresses said I will get someone. We finally went back to the cashier and demanded to pay there. We left NO TIP. That is sad, I know, but there was NO SERVICE
