Haben über 10 Monate trotz Sepa Mandat nicht eingezogen kurz vor Verjährung wird Inkasso eingeschaltet ohne dass auch nur 1 Schriftwechsel vorher zu Stande kam.

It's beyond frustrating to witness the studio management prioritizing profits from annoying ads for banks and TV shows over basic care and maintenance of the gym.
One has to wonder what the directors actually do for a living when the club is visibly deteriorating.
No one takes responsibility for the equipment lying around, not even the staff who train there bother to clean up after themselves.
Negligent assembly and careless cleaning have unfortunately become the norm in this John Reed.
And as a paying customer, you deserve much better than this! There is no air conditioning, the locker rooms are always a filthy mess, and it seems like no one gives a damn!
This is hands down the worst John Reed I've ever seen, and it's embarrassing to even bring someone along to train here.
The staff's solution is to contact head office, but it's apparent that something has been broken for years, and no one seems to care! It's time for the management to step up and take reasonable care of their facilities, or else they will continue to lose customers who are tired of paying for subpar service.
